13th May 2025 6pm Parent Workshop – Screen Time Reset Program

Support your teen in building a healthier relationship with technology.

The Screen Time Reset Program was created by Pat Noonan, an experienced educator, with over 10 years of teaching and leadership experience and qualified teen mentor. Pat has worked closely with young people, families, and schools to navigate the challenges of growing up in a hyper-connected world.

This 45-minute workshop is designed specifically for parents who want to better understand the impact of screen time and how to support their teen in creating healthier digital habits at home. Pat draws on over 10 years of experience working with young people and families to provide clear, evidence-informed strategies that go beyond simply setting limits. This workshop explores how technology is affecting learning, relationships, wellbeing and what you can do about it.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A deeper understanding of how screens are shaping your teen’s behaviour, focus and emotional wellbeing.

  • Tools to guide your child towards more intentional tech use.

  • Practical strategies for setting boundaries and having positive, productive conversations at home.

Each session includes a Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and gain real-time guidance for your family.
