This 45-minute workshop is designed specifically for parents who want to better understand the impact of screen time and how to support their teen in creating healthier digital habits at home. Pat draws on over 10 years of experience working with young people and families to provide clear, evidence-informed strategies that go beyond simply setting limits. This workshop explores how technology is affecting learning, relationships, wellbeing and what you can do about it.
You’ll walk away with:

Tools to guide your child towards more intentional tech use.
Practical strategies for setting boundaries and having positive, productive conversations at home.
Each session includes a Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and gain real-time guidance for your family.
