The Wellbeing Hub presents a series of sessions designed to support participants to better understand themselves and their experiences through a compassionate, evidence-informed lens. Each session will explore common mental health themes, including anxiety, low mood and depressive disorders, the impact of stress and burnout, and the unique challenges faced by family members and carers supporting someone living with mental illness. Counsellors Brenda Spilva and Paula Fernandez will support participants through practical tools and reflection to strengthen emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and coping skills, while reducing stigma and fostering resilience and connection.
